Ori-Yaoi takes place in a distant post-apocalyptic world. There are only a few places in the world that are still in good condition on the earth. One of the largest organizations left on the earth is Sevenbeast. It was once a peaceful organization that benefited the earth for the better, but became tainted and started performing morbid experiments using humans, animals, and organisms to create a superior living being that would be better suited to live on this rough earth.

Now one day, two boys with the names Aki and Abel find a rumored mansion. It was old and dilapidated, but called their other friends to fix it up. They had been against the Sevenbeast organization for most of their lives and decided that the mansion would be a good place to start their Anti-Sevenbeast organization. The original members of the organization were Aki, Abel, Kuria, and Kain. They called their new organization SLAYER FOUR, but they did not limit it to four members. Many new members came to join them as well. They all resided in the mansion.

The mansion was located far off, but close to a still prosperous area of the earth. Even though the SLAYER FOUR were busy with their plans, they also attended an all boys school to rack in the money they needed to support their organization. Their large source of income was their SLAYER FOUR CLUB, which mainly went to relieve the sexual desires of the deprived boys in the school. [There were no women after all]

What will their fight against the largest organization in the world, Sevenbeast, reveal?
